How can someone have trigeminal neuropathic pain getting FUE hair implant on temples and hairline?

I just want to ask all hair implat surgeons in how can someone have trigeminal neuropathic pain getting fue hair implant on tempels and hairline , and can local anaesthesia be toxic if put to much i have tingling crawling sensetions pain all over my legs arms face i feel like takeing my life its been 4 months and still nothing just pain , no doctor would help or the place i got the hair implant , it feels like nerves are crawling on my tempels does this mean its still healing

It may take weeks to months before the numbness goes away.  Everyone is different.  If you are concerned it is best to contact your doctor.

You should not having scabbing after a month. If you are having these issues, it is best to go back and see your doctor.

If you already saw your doctor for an examination and your doctor says it is not an infection, you should trust your doctor.  If you do not trust your doctor it is best to see another doctor for an examination.

You can resume your normal activity well after a month after surgery.  If you feel there is an issue it is best to follow up with your doctor.

Instead of panicking, it would be best to contact your doctor for a follow up in the office.  Many doctors offer cleaning and washing in their office to help you with the scabbing.

It can take 6 to 12 months after surgery to see results.  If you are concerned it is best to contact your doctor.  You may have lost your existing (original) hairs as new transplanted hairs grew out.
