I have a fairly uneven nose. The bridge of my nose is thinner and only expands in size. Would a filler be appropriate be able to create the illusion of a smaller nose? Or will rhinoplasty be suggested? Thanks!

Hi there, at my practice we can make noses more sharp using filler but it’s going to be impossible to do that with just yoga and exercise. The amount of fat in the nose is very small so it’s not affected by diet and exercise.
The short answer is no, you cannot reshape your nose with your hands. You can change the shape and size of your nose with a non-surgical rhinoplasty where injectable fillers like Voluma, Radiesse, Sculptra and Juvederm are used to achieve non permanent results lasting anywhere from 4 to 12 ...
This depends on what your injector used as a filler. HA fillers such as Juvederm, Restylane and Voluma can be reversed with hyaluronidase. Please see a board certified dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer
