What medication can i take to get rid of the lump/extra bone on my chin? (Photo)

I have notice on my picture that one side of my chin is bigger than the other side.9 years ago i had my tooth removed there was abses and pus coming out. Im wondering how to get rid this extra bone growing on my chin.is there any medication can i take to go back to normal aside from surgery.... Thankyo.
