If you have donor fat available, then a fat transfer might work well. I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon and discussing all your options.

Fat grafting will help your symmetry. There’s a limit on how much fat you can inject at one time. There is a good chance you may need more than one operation. Even if you only had one operation you would have improved symmetry of your breast. Another limitation is how much fat you have to donate. Otherwise fat grafting is a nice procedure especially for patients who do not want implants. I hope you find this information useful.
