Is it possible to fix breast asymmetry with a fat transfer? (Photos)

Question

I would say my left breast is a small 32B while the right one is a full 32C. I was wondering if fat could be transferred to my smaller breast so it could better match the right one, but there is another issue. My left lower ribs stick out and lift my left breast a bit, would coresting help even it out? I see no point in getting surgery before fixing this. I am around 100 pounds, 5'1" I am quite thin and do not have much fat on my body, but I am not asking for a drastic difference.

Breast fat transfer is a great tool to balance breasts, improve symmetry, and gain up to one cup size in volume. The fat transfer volumes to each breast may range from 150 cc to 300 cc in most cases. If you have donor fat available, then a fat transfer might work well. I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon and discussing all your options.

Fat grafting will help your symmetry. There’s a limit on how much fat you can inject at one time. There is a good chance you may need more than one operation. Even if you only had one operation you would have improved symmetry of your breast. Another limitation is how much fat you have to donate. Otherwise fat grafting is a nice procedure especially for patients who do not want implants. I hope you find this information useful.
