Is it ok to get Juvaderm ultra if I have flu?

Hi there, I am due to have Juvaderm ultra this afternoon for around my nasal folds and lips and for the last couple of days I've have a runny/blocked nose and an itchy/sore throat. Will I be ok if I still go ahead with it?

Thank you for your question and for sharing your photographs.  Most likely these blisters are small bumps of residual juvederm and if troublesome can be dissolved by your injector, though it may affect your lip augmentation results.  See your lip injector for an in-person evaluation.  They ca...

You are pretty swollen still which can occur with Juvederm at 5 days.  It will improve and the lumps should even out.  Try taking some ibuprofen.  If they remain overcorrected you may need to have it taken out a 2 weeks.
