I have quite a discrepancy between ramus lengths where my right ramus is substantially shorter than my left ramus which causes asymmetry in my bite and facial appearance, where everything skews off to the shorter side. As I understand it, asymmetries are generally corrected by lengthening the mandibular body, however this leaves a shorter ramus, steeper jaw angle and less width on the smaller side. Is it possible/feasible to correct my asymmetry from its primary cause, and not by camouflage?

By looking at the pictures you have sent, there are a combination of procedures you could try.
In my opinion, Submental Liposuction, which is Liposuction to the lower face, and the insertion of an implant, will give very satisfactory aesthetic results.
