I had an otoplast 3 weeks ago and I am worried about the appearances of both my ears. Could it be infected already? (photo)

I popped the blisters and I am worried that it is infected already? I dont feel pain though and it appears that my left ear is more inflamed compared to my right ear. Im also worried about the scarring that it may cause. I always clean and cover it with moisture using aloe vera gel and mebo gel every night before I sleep. It has been 3 weeks and I dont see much improvement with regards of its healing. My left ear appears to stick out more compares to the right. Please see the attached photos.

In the first instance I would recommend seeing your surgeon.  This is called skin necrosis and is caused by excess pressure or tension on the cartilage.  Your self treatment is right, it will eventually heal but you have to make sure that you do not get an infection of the exposed cartilage.   Hope this is helpful
