Hi. You do not have a bifid nose. This is not really a deformity as such. It is caused by a slight separation between the nasal tip cartilages and is very common. If it is a cosmetic issue for you then a tip rhinoplasty can fix it. RegardsDamien
You have a bifid or cleft tip of the nose, due to the structure of the alar cartilages at the tomes and columella and the thin skin. This is well treated with plasties and medical plications, a standart tip correction.
