Hi.  Unfortunately the only way to get the look that you desire is to have it done in 2 operations.  The first would be to do a minimal scar breast reduction and make you as small as possible then secondarily put in a larger implant.  A lift and implant alone in one stage will not give you the look you are after.  Be careful about the look you are trying to achieve because I am not sure your dream photos started life as a female!!CheersDamien

Yes, it is possible to achieve the kind of "fake" look that you desire but you'll need to have a breast implant lift approach for both augmenting your breast volume as well as tightening and lifting your breasts in achieving the kind of surgical outcome that you're hoping to achieve.
Obviously this is a more complex surgical procedure in contrast to a straight breast augmentation. You'll need to be prepared for the tradeoffs involved especially with the extra scarring which is necessary on your breast mounds in providing the "tightening" & "lifting" effects.
I highly recommend you to seek a formal consultation with a specialist plastic surgeon for further advice.

To get the look that you want, you will need a breast lift/reduction and an implant. This will replace the volume of your breast envelope with an implant, and give you the upper pole fullness ("chestiness") that is associated with a fake look.

I do have concerns about your aesthetic goals, and any surgeon needs to evaluate your self-perception prior undertaking surgery.

Hi, your goal is one that we hear more than you think.  Your breast tissue is full and your nipple complex is low.  An augmentation alone would be a disaster for you..Double bubble in the making.You need an aggressive breast lift with a reduction of the tissue (and a reduction of the size of the areola complex) but even with that, you will not get the look of the picture you submitted.  It is very difficult to get you to the breast volume that is present in the goal photo you submitted without getting you into an unsafe territory with the blood and nerve supply to the nipple/breast tissue.  You are going to have to accept that  a natural look is what you are going to get with the lift/reduction/implant.  "Fake" is not in the cards for someone who is given this must breast tissue. Go with that and you will become more realistic achievable goals for your plastic surgeon.

I don't believe you can get the look of the photos you showed but I think that your breasts would look markedly better with a breast lift and in my opinion, would look better than the photos you aspire to.  You are nit a candidate for breast augmentation without a lift.  
You should speak to a specialist Plastic Surgeon to look at realistic options.

If you want your breast fuller and are happy with the shape of them, then an implant will be fine. Keep in mind an implant will only "fill our breast up" it will not "lift them up". They will look just like they do now, they are just bigger and fuller with an implant only. If you feel this will meet your goals, then an augmentation should be fine. If you are unhappy with the position of your breast and feel they are too low, then an implant will likely not satisfy you and you will want to consider the lift. A lift will "lift them up" and put them in a higher position, change the size of the areola and "lift" them off of your chest. Often times both of these procedures are combined to achieve an optimal result. By lifting them and adding volume, the breast will not only sit higher on your chest but will also have the nice fullness from the implant.
