Thanks for your question! overall, I think that you look pretty good. My advice is to be patient & would at least another 6 months before considering a revision. You may find at that time that you don't need it. Also, use a good silicone based scar product like Biocorneum. Best of luck to you! 

Dear ashe13, according to your photos your breast augmentation was done through a peri-areolar approach meaning that it was intentionally done with the purpose of modifying your areolas.  Your results look pretty good but the symmetry is a little off.  Not unusually the symmetry of normal pretty breasts is not perfect.  The circumareolar, peri-areolar, donut or Benelli mastopexies (which are different names of the procedure you had done) tend to have a rough scar because of the purse string effect of the suture used to cinch the diameter down which gives them a sunburst or starburst look.  This may get better over time but it's not my favorite scar.  The larger the circular reduction the worse the scar will be, that's why I tend to use it for smaller reductions only.  Your surgeon may have better luck in trying to match the areolas next time but it's hard to predict without seen photos of your breasts before surgery.  Sometimes that's as good as it gets which is not bad at all. 

Thank you for your question. Based on your incisions, it looks like you had a Benelli Lift as well. This is when the incision is take all the way around the nipple. If the size of your nipples bothers you, a revision may be needed. To get a complete picture of your outcome we would also need to review your pre-operative pictures. I advise my patients that it is best to wait a minimum of 6 months prior to undergoing another surgery on your breast to allow everything to heal. You had a circumareolar lift (donut) as well, not just a breast augmentation. A revision can be worth if it really bothers you. Personally, I would encourage you to wait at least until 6-8 months after your surgery before considering this.
