I would not recommend Botox to alter the shape of your shoulders. Discontinue shoulder exercises as a best option to decrease muscle mass. Best of Luck!

You will not see any "powder", although you will see a small film to the bottom of the bottle. When training this is one of the first things you learn. Please ensure you are a trained injector before experimenting with Botox.
