Long story short. My first set of veneers and Crowns asymmetrical when viewed at a close proximity appeared to have vertical ridges/undulating appearance. They were sent back. I recently received a photo of my second set. The crowns, front four, have not changed and continue to have vertical ridges/undulating appearance especially when viewed closeup in the photo. Remainder of veneers appear to be symmetrical.

It would be great if you could send a picture to better guide you!
Due to bite issue, it is best you contact your dentist or dentist near you, to redo your temporary crown, swelling needs to be addressed.
A hole in the dental crown is not good, need to see your dentist. However from the picture it looks like you have a porcelain fused to metal crown, in which the metal is exposed, you need to check with your dentist! If the metal is exposed you will be ok, however aesthetically is not pleasing....
Hi:The first thing that should be checked is bite and clenching and grinding pressure on the crown. If the crown contains any metal there could be metal allergy.Best,Dr. Maddahi
