Based on your photos you are a good candidate for chin surgery. Providing more horizontal projection with a chin implant or sliding genioplasty would give you a stronger chin and jawline. In your case, either procedure will give similar outcomes.

As a result of your double jaw surgery you have nice facial balance, but lack definition along your jawline. The use of custom angle of jaw implants can diminish this long vertical appearance.
