How can i bring the cupid's bow tips closer together?

I feel that my Cupid's bow tip a little to far apart for my liking, i would like them to be brought closer together and also for them to be less pointy, (more rounded) i am however happy, with the fullness of my lips

From the picture that you posted, I do see anything that would require debulking.  Had you had fillers, hyaluronidase could have been injected to melt some of the filler.  But if you had fat injected, removing in a minimally damaging way is difficult.  Your lips look too good to...

Once your lip fillers wear off, your lips go back to the way they were before.  You don't need to worry about looking worse, although you may feel like it because you forgot what you used to look like and you became used to the fuller lip look
