Ive Had a liplift and fat injected to create philtrum coloumns. Now my upper lip is protruding a lot. Earlier i asked if its possible to create a philtrum dimple surgically since i thought this would make the lip go more inwards. Then i heard that i was possible to debulck the area by going in under the upper lip. This would really be ideal for me as i would like my profile to look more natural. I also have very thick skin naturally that make up my top lip. Hope to hear from you!

Answer: Your lip looks good, I wouldn't recommend any procedure
Once your lip fillers wear off, your lips go back to the way they were before. You don't need to worry about looking worse, although you may feel like it because you forgot what you used to look like and you became used to the fuller lip look
Ugh. Expensive for a month of lip fullness. I don't think you can call it rejection. Fillers do vary in their longevity not only form person to person, but from site to site. Lips are one of those areas where the longevity seems to be less. I have always believed it...
There is no age limit for lip augmentation. However, patients under 18 will require parental consent. Patient must be a candidate for the procedure which is questionable for you.
