I am having my 6 year old subglandular implants removed in a few months and have decided on a lift as well. However, I don't think I want my areolas reduced with the lift. My only concern is obviously not being able to see my breasts until after the surgery and wondering what happens if my areolas are too big for my breasts after implant removal. Can my surgeon consult with my partner during my surgery or will they just do what they think will be more pleasing?
