Are breast implants in 30F natural breasts possible? (photos)

Question

I have naturally "large" breasts though as a 30F I find my breasts are small on my frame and out of proportion with my 42 inch hips. My breasts also appear to sit very wide and flat across my ribs. I am considering a breast augmentation as I wish to have perkier breasts and cleavage. I am unsure if I need implants or of there would be something else more suited to create the look I'm going for. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Based on your description and photographs you are a good candidate for breast augmentation.  Carefully selected implants and placement will offer you greater upper pole or fullness to the upper portion of your breast which will help create the "perkier" look you are after.  However, as your breasts sit naturally wide apart it may be difficult to achieve the cleavage you are after.  A comprehensive consultation and discussion of your options with a  fully qualified plastic surgeon will be your next best step to achieving your goals.

An implant alone wont correct the problem.The breast need to be moved medially and secured in place .I use an absorbable mesh for this procedure

Thank for your post.it sounds like you might be a good candidate for a breast augmentation, base on your current size the implant that you may need does not necesarily has to be large but rather a small implant to improve the upper pole ofyou breast and cleavage area. I would suggest that you meet with board-certified plastic surgeons who can demonstrate  significant experience  achieving the types of outcomes that you will be pleased with. Show your plastic surgeon, in front of a full-length mirror ( and possibly with the help of goal photographs, in bra sizers, and/or computer imaging)  what you mean by “perky breasts and cleavage”. Working together, you will be able to determine whether any surgical intervention is indicated, and if so what  operation will best achieve your goals. I hope this, and the attached link, helps. Yes. Breast implants would be a possibility in your case. However, with widely positioned breasts, achieving cleavage may not be possible.
