I have naturally "large" breasts though as a 30F I find my breasts are small on my frame and out of proportion with my 42 inch hips. My breasts also appear to sit very wide and flat across my ribs. I am considering a breast augmentation as I wish to have perkier breasts and cleavage. I am unsure if I need implants or of there would be something else more suited to create the look I'm going for. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
