Why my acne scars become pink and some in dark in color after 3 co2 laser and 1 microneedling sessions? When it will heal to my normal color i am soo depressed they look noticible Ps i am dark skinned thnks

The risk of PIH (post inflammatory hyperpigmentation) is present with any laser - on any skin type. Hyperpigmentation can be improved with a combination of Cosmelan, lasers, Aerolase, microneedling/prp, skin lightening, peels, and skin care. Sun protection is essential. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer
