I started to notice the facial swelling the 2nd month in of my course. My cheeks were puffy, and my jawline had no definition. Lymph nodes in my neck and below my jaw line also swelled and glands in my face. Three months post and my face is still quite puffy. Is this all caused by the medication and will resolve over time?

Yes this is concerning. If you were my patient I would do a full work up for headaches/vision changes (ex, are you also taking antibiotics, do you suffer from migraines, are you obese), and stop the medication for several days and see if you get better.
