4 months after dental bone graft, dentist will open gum again to remove screw left in bone and then put the implant post

and prosthesis. What should I expect for fit and gum healing? I don't have access to the dentist as she is overseas. The implant itself seems holding up and no infection and any issues, it's the gum that doesn't seem to close because there's a bit of hole that bone granules come out from time to time. The gum is so thin, will this be a problem when opened again? It was dehisced the first time and most granules failed. This is for missing front upper lateral incisor. Gum has receeded a bit.Thank u.
