2 weeks post op, breasts feel like they have the flu or mastitis feeling.

I am 2 weeks post op with 305cc implants. I have no increase in swelling, heat or redness but I am experiencing a sensation like that of mastitis, a flu like tingling feverishness in my breasts. Is this a normal sensation for this stage of recovery or something that needs to be followed up.
