4 weeks post augmentation with lift. Having pain in left breast when arm pushes it toward center of chest. What is causing this?

Question

When I move in certain ways or my left arm presses my breast toward the center of my body I feel a sharp but deep pain in my breast. Kind of under the areola going towards the center of my chest. I have mondors veins under that breast going all the way down into my stomach, not sure if those can go upwards as well and that may be causing the pain? Or if it is possibly my muscle? Pain when it occurs is a 2-3/10. Should I be concerned? In photo its the side where you can see the tattoo on my arm.

While most patients have uneventful recovery from breast augmentation, occasionally, some people will experience discomfort with certain movements or pressure on one area of the breast. This is most commonly due to stretching of the muscle or pressure on a small nerve. Most of these intermittent "twinges" resolve in a few months on their own. If the discomfort persists or is there all of the time, I recommend that you discuss concerns with your Plastic Surgeon.
