To any doctors/surgeons/laser professionals...I would love your help and advice on my situation. This year, I regrettably plunged into the horrible drug of Accutane to help with my breakouts. Turns out, all I needed to do was fix my diet to control my acne. However, I didn't discover this until 2months into the adverse reaction Accutane caused - which was to drastically break out like my skin has never seen before. I didn't have scars this bad until this year, and now the Accutane is starting to smooth out the acne bumps on my cheeks, I am left with the hideous redness on my cheeks. My dermo suggested fraxal laser would be required to clear my skin, but I feel like I cannot trust his words..after all, if I had never gone to him to begin with, I would never be in this situation that I'm in now. So I need the help and guidance from professionals on this site to give me advice which acne scarring treatment would suit me. Please see photo, and if you require any more, do let me know. Looking forward to hearing any and every suggestion. Thanks in advance...

Thank you for your question. For the full effect to be in place, taking into consideration the diversity in response, and how much different the levels of sun damage are, there could be perhaps 6-12 months for the maturity to be there. I do not see any improvement beyond a year. I hope this helps!
Thank you for your question. Rarely does one session do everything that is needed. When sessions are spaced that close, the energy levels are lower and less socially disruptive. There are many ways to improve skin quality. Be sure to see a Board Certified Dermatologist or Board...
