Where are the fillers being injected in the nose, in the bone or between the bone and the skin?? does it stay in the area where it's being injected, or it might move or drop around the area?? I want to increase my nasal bridge height after a failed rihnoplasty but i'm afraid that the fillers might move around and make it worse,,, please advise... thank you

Answer: Fillers in Nose area The common fillers are injected into the deeper part of the skin called the dermis. Depending on the filler and type, it may be injected superficial or deep into the dermis. Also some fillers are injected deeper than the skin and are placed close to the bone and below the muscle. In the nose, you would want someone who is comfortable injected there since it is not a common area to inject with fillers and you have risks in that area due to blood vessels and the eye very close by. The fillers will last anywhere from 6-12 months usually in that area. See a specialist and they can discuss the best fillers based on the depression and your best options.
