My wisdom teeth caused bone loss in my right side jaw. Over time, this has caused a hollow sunken area at the back of my jaw below my cheek bone. The result is a much less attractive and youthful shape. I'm 43 yrs old. I had sculptra 3 times and love the results except for the right submalar area. Sculptra did improve it but it doesn't seem to have enough volume to correct it. Will another type of filler correct this or do I need an implant? How many cc's or syringes do you think this will require?

Hitting your face won't be sufficient to move a filler around...just think of the sustained pressure we use to mold the material immediately after it's injected...and within hours it's even more difficult to move...and of course sleeping applies sustained pressure without compromising the filler...
