Is subcision a good treatment option for my rolling/atrophic scars on the chin? (Photo)

I haven't seen any videos or articles about subcision on the chin area, mostly just cheeks. I have several rolling/depressed scars on my chin as the result of cystic acne. I cleared my acne in 2017 using Accutane. My derm recommended microneedling with SkinPen for scars which I had done twice and caused breakouts and track marks both times, increasing pigmentation. I also tried botox on my chin as I was told that relaxing the muscles would help the scarring... it didn't. What do you recommend?
