I just received my permanent porcelain veneers, 10 top-augment? improve quality/shape/redo options? (photos)

I think your permanent veneers look nice, except the fact that your two front teeth are the same height as the rest of your teeth. In a perfect cosmetic make over, you want the two center teeth to be slightly longer than the teeth to the side of those. This can be tried in your case by reshaping the two teeth immediately next to your central front teeth. If that doesn't work, you may want to try to have the two front ones remade.  

Your concerns are fair and honest.  If the middle photo is of your temps...they do look whiter than the finished case.  Did your dentist do a try-in prior to bonding?  It can be accomplished with a shaded wetting agent that does no harm and can be rinsed off. If it wasn't done, I think you should have a discussion regarding your present state of unhappiness.  See what solutions are offered.  Unfortunately, once bonded they cannot be shade altered (this is done inside the veneer prior to bonding to mask the tetracycline stains).  Also reshaping may reduce the finished luster somewhat, since it can only be polished not re-glazed. However, your dentist may be able to offer a suitable solution short of having to re-make the case.

I think they look very nice although the front 2 teeth would look nicer if they were a little longer.The photo does not show the inconsistency of color you mention. There would be no way of changing that without removing the veneers and doing something different underneath or making them thicker. Now to improve the outcome you seem to want, your dentist could perhaps shorten the 2 laterals a little to create less of an even, straight across smile line and maybe even square of the outside of the 2 centrals so they didn't look so rounded. the best way is to sit down with your dentist and go over your concerns. Come up with a plan together to address them as conservatively and as easily as possible
