There is the chance that you do not glue the tooth properly, and then you would stuck with the results. However, I would recommend that you use and over the counter adhesive like Fixodent to temporarily glue your tooth back to your bridge. This temporary fix should last you a few days at a time, which should be just enough time for you to get back in to be seen by your dentist. Please do not use any permanent bonding materials, because even if your repair job looks great, you could still compromise the integral structure of the entire bridge, if done improperly. Good luck and I hope this helps. Follow me if you have more questions.Sarah Thompson, DMDSoft Touch Dentistry
Unless you are a dentist who likes to practice on himself (just kidding) you should not attempt using a strong cement to put it back yourself. Call a dentist and arrange to be seen. We need to see the reason why it came loose and you also don't want to put it in wrong with a permanent cement and end up ruining it!
