Can veneers widen my smile? (photos)

For your particular case, I would not expect veneers to widen your smile much more.  However, veneers on the top only, may enhance your teeth.  Your bottom teeth would not need to be veneered, only whitened.  I would recommend 6 to 8 veneers on the top, depending on how many teeth you show while smiling or speaking.  Based on your photos, you look like you could get away with doing only 6 top teeth.  Good luck and I hope this helps. You can widen your smile with veneers but my suggestion would be to try the DNA Appliance that can grow the bone and widen your smile and because it is worn 12-14 hours a day you don't have the disadvantages of typical orthodontics

You're actually a perfect candidate (based on the pictures) for using veneers to do a buccal corridor augmentation .......or widening your smile :-).   The cool part is that typically these can be done "no prep" because we want to add porcelain.  Personally, I have veneers in my own mouth and this was one of the objectives that I wanted to accomplish.  Go for it!
