After miradry, recovery was as expected and I iced it, and didn’t do much activity. However, my left arm had started developing a large lump that looked like a black head. It popped and won’t stop pouring out excessive fluid, like a pimple. Is this normal? I don’t have a fever, arms feel fine. I’m just conerned with the oozing pus and hole in my underarm.

That sounds unusual. We perform a lot of MiraDry treatments and it doesn't make physical sense that destroying the sweat glands in such a small part of the body could cause other areas to sweat more profusely. Might be best to see your doctor again to be evaluated.
