Is a hole leaking fluid after miraDry normal?

It is not a common occurrence, and without examining the area it sounds as if you may have had a surface burn of the skin and/or an infection. Your experience post miraDry is not normal and would be best addressed by direct examination. From your description it sounds like you may be experiencing the early stages of an infection. Tenderness and fevers may appear if left untreated.

Thank you for your question.It is unusual  for this to happen after a MiraDry procedure. I would recommend that you have it looked at, you may require antibiotics.

If it is oozing pus then it seems you got an infection. Go to your physician today if possible. You may need further opening of the area or antibiotics.
