I had otoplasty 3 days ago and I'm now wearing a stretchy cloth headband that was provided my PS. I'm not sure if it's too tight or its supposed to feel like some pressure. The pain isn't awful its more of an annoying throbbing and I feel like the headband is rubbing my ear. Should I switch to something else that isn't so tight?
