1 day post opt- I had bleeding wooing through gauze, so I decided to clean and change the gauze and when I removed the gauze in place, I was SHOCK to see the work done on my breasts. It looks like the doctor rush thru the procedure, which I wouldn't doubt since it took 2 hours to do the breast reduction with lift and upper stomach lipo. Is this a normal look for this procedure? The incisions look so horrifying, I'm beyond scare that I may have made a huge mistake in getting a breast reduction.

I'm sorry to hear about the problems you are having w/ your breasts. This needs to be evaluated by your physician. I would start with a mammogram. Breast reduction surgery is not likely to be the cure for recurrent breast infections, so additional testing is necessary in your case. Best wishes.

As noted below, fat necrosis is fairly uncommon after breast reduction in an otherwise healthy non smoking person. Obviously as a patient increases their risk factors the chance of complications increases. If concerned then please discuss with your chosen board certified plastic surgeon.
