What can I do for face/neck asymmetry 2 years post-op from face and neck lift?

Honest27169
2 years ago, I had face/neck lift. The neck recovery never came. I struggled with tightness, twitching muscles on the left side of neck. Tried to treat internal scarring with steroid shots but didn't work. Got TMJ and my jaw shifted up and right. I believe my face/neck lift was done asymmetrically due to the prevalence of TMJ. I remember seeing marks on the face right before the surgery and thinking how distorted they were. I suffer from constant pain of all kind. what can i do? Note: The asymmetry isn’t anything you can tell from the photographs. I know it and feel it from the pull and pressure of both sides of the face.
