Can Renuva be used where buccal fat once was & what fillers are a good substitute? (Photos)

I regret having my buccal fat pad removed. I look deflated, and saggy. This is also because I got Facetite done. I was only 29. I had just had my first child and apparently never thought I’d lose the baby weight. Well I did and now I’m left regretting it all. Can renuva be placed in the buccal fat pocket? I just want my youthful face back! This was only a year ago.. I am already getting a facial fat transfer but I think that’s only for the surface level fat. Also can you tell me which filler is best for that area? I don’t want it to feel or look like a hard ball. I just want it to support my mid face and give me my youth back. I’m 31.

I’m not a big fan of buccal fat removal and try to steer people away from it. even if it can look good on some individuals it usually comes back to haunt people who’ve had the procedure at some point later in life.
When the procedure is done the surgeon should be careful to not remove the entire fat pad.
It’s a substantial amount of volume in a very discreet place.
This is why it’s so difficult to replace the volume. You simply can’t graft that much fat in that small of an area so fat grafting ends up not being the same as replacing the buccal fat pad.
You are also correct that the buccal fat pad is quite deep inside the cheek and most people don’t graft fat intraorally.
None of the fillers typically leave a firm lump unless all the filler is injected in one spot in which case it can feel that way temporarily.
Radiesse is a good long lasting filler that represents relatively good value compared to HA fillers.
The key is to find the right provider.
Having fat removed surgically is a permanent and irreversible procedure.
I have very little faith or hope that Renuva it’s going to be a long term successful product in facial aesthetics. 
Did you follow up with the surgeon who did the buccal fat pad removal?
It would be good for that provider to know you’re not happy with the outcome.
Providers who perform procedures that cause problems for patients need to be made aware of it so they can adjust how they practice medicine.
