6 months post op breast explant - Can Renuva be used in the upper pole? (photo)

I recently had a breast explant with l 6 months ago. Im pretty happy but wondering if Renuva can be used in the upper pole.I dont want lipo and fat transfer. Could this help at all to create more cleavage? Also what treatment can help with the scars. They are still pretty noticeable

Many plastic surgeons are using this product as a viable option for body contouring or significant volume enhancement.Fat transfer is not good at changing the shape of the breast just enhances volume to a moderate amount.The only way to change the shape of your breast with any significance is to add an implant or modify the lift which looks well done and shouldn’t be changed by what I can see.Time makes scars fade nicely. Scars require 12+ months before they’re mature.Silicone sheeting is helpful for hypertrophic scars but has a little impact and hyper pigmentation.Fat transfer is not a good procedure for changing the shape.Best,Mats Hagstrom MD
