6 months post op breast explant - Can Renuva be used in the upper pole? (photo)

I recently had a breast explant with l 6 months ago. Im pretty happy but wondering if Renuva can be used in the upper pole.I dont want lipo and fat transfer. Could this help at all to create more cleavage? Also what treatment can help with the scars. They are still pretty noticeable
