I’m not sure when this started or how it happened but my left eye developed minor esotropia. I spoke to my ophthalmologist who recommended surgery but I feel like that’s an extreme. Is there anything else that would help?

From board-certified doctors and trusted medical professionals
Botox would not resolve your concern. I encourage you to visit with an expert injector near you for an evaluation. Assessment is needed when you are not smiling and from various angles, but fillers may soften the look.
Facial numbness would not be normal after fillers or Botox, especially not so far from treatment. This is likely unrelated to the fillers or Botox. I encourage you to contact your PCP for an evaluation.
A visit to the dermatologist can rule out any medical concerns. For the future we recommend using medical grade skin care products like Transform MD and wearing sunscreen every day, even in the winter.
