Filler migration, swelling, and granulomas can cause significant discomfort and cosmetic ramifications. Hi @Shelbymariev. This can be potential migration. This can be dissolved with Hyaluronidase without much complication.

Thanks for your question on Real Self! It does seem very odd that your lip filler would migrate into the side of your mouth. Hopefully the filler used was hyaluronic acid, which means it can be dissolved. If it settles down quickly after dissolving, it is likely filler.
