Lumps on top lip: Could this be from past filler? (photos)

I’ve noticed I have these two lumps that I didn’t always have on my top lip. Looks like they’re getting more prominent. Could this be from past filler? Anything I can do to fix it? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
