If you are happy with your lip fillers then there is no need to dissolve the product. All HA fillers can be dissolved with hyaluronidase, however lip fillers typically last only 6-9 months depending on the filler used. Your lips should return to your pre treatment appearance once the product has been metabolized.

Your lips don't look bad .However you have very prominent white part of vermilion border . It would be nice to see before picture than it is possible to determine is that is too much filler placed in vermilion or natural anatomy of your lips.Lips filler like any fillers can be disolved if Haylouronic Acid been used .

Lip fillers typically only last about six months so if you just give it time you’ll soon enough go back to your baseline.At four months it doesn’t make sense to do reversing of fillers

The fullness extends lightly above and below the red lip, suggesting slight overfill. Hyaluronic acid fillers offer temporary lip fullness as it will dissolve in 6-12 months, after which time your lips will return to their pre-injection shape.Radiesse can cause the same effect, which may last longer than hyaluronic acid. We do not recommend Radiesse for the lips due to the possible development of lumpiness.Permanent silicone injections are banned in the US.If severely distressed by your lip shape, hyaluronic acid injections can be neutralized with injections of hyaluronidase.
