I had 3 major gut surgeries & 1 correction surgery (hernia w/mesh, correct diastases, vertical 'tummy tuck', scar revision, w/ lipo & Bodytite). I'm 15mo out and didn't get the results I was hoping for. Before my surgeries I had a concave tummy & smooth lines at my hips. I'm getting married in 9mo, at the gym 4-5 days/wk & I'd like to have my flat tummy back. How can I fix the tummy bulge, sagging skin over the *uncentered* belly button, & dents at my hips? Are there non-surgical options?
