Tummy Tuck revision - do I need one?

Question

About a year ago I saved up enough to get a tummy tuck. (8 years saving) I really wanted it done . I think I’m needing a revision on the entire thing. He’s already went in and cut off more but the skin below is so thin I believe I need to have more taken from above my belly button. I have a weird dip in my muscle which is now causing it to show on my loose skin that’s left .

From your photos it appears you have significant improvement from your tummy tuck.  Some of the thin skin could be removed which could give you some improvement, but it's hard to say if it would be worth it.  I encourage you to speak with your surgeon about your concerns.  She/He has examined you and is most familiar with the details of your surgery.

You do have very thin skin but your result is quite good. The skin will always stretch out to some degree but I don't think a revision is needed at all

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

It appears that your surgeon removed a large amount of skin in your original abdominoplasty.  But you still appear to have loose skin. There are some patients who have “stretch back” where their skin stretches post abdominoplasty and is loose again.  Removing more skin will certainly tighten it, but it may reoccur.
