Stomach still feels tight/uncomfortable 2.5 years after tummy tuck - advice? (photos)

Hi My name is Katherine Beamon, I’m 53 years old , weigh 220lbs. I had a tummy tuck done 2 1/2 years ago. I’m still tight n uncomfortable each and every night. This has been a mentally and Emotionally hard Journey for me. My scar and belly button looks so unattractive. The inside of my stomach feels like I’m stuck with glue and needs to be pulled apart. My back constantly been hurting and the left side of my side feels like a cramp all day every day for years . I need help immediate. Thank you
