I'm sorry to hear of the issues you have been experiencing since your tummy tuck. An in person evaluation is needed to determine what may be causing your discomfort. It appears you would benefit from scar revision as well.

I can't imagine somebody weighing 220 doing a tummy tuck at that weight. Were you lighter before surgery and gained weight during the pandemic? Either way, the first thing to do is to see your primary care doctor and get on a rapid weight loss program such as Adkins or any one that restricts all carbs. As you lose 30+ pounds, your feeling of tightness should begin to improve. There is no surgery that can help. Good luck with this.
