Question

A year after Lipo Is till have a weird fat pocket or something above my belly button , overall my upper abdomen doesn’t look touched. I do see potential but idk

To get a quality assessment I recommend you include a complete set of proper before and after pictures.
If you don’t have before and after pictures, then ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took.
I’m not sure if the first picture is your before picture, but from the last picture, it looks like the upper abdomen was untreated or not treated.
 From the profile picture it also looks like you do have some excess visceral fat your abdominal wall to bulge.
A revision and weight loss is probably what’s needed to get you the best results.
Exercise by itself is not going to change your fat distribution.
