Chin implant, did it slide or do I have a more serious issue? (Photos)

The ct scan shows: 22 mm lesion off outer table of left mandible? I can feel it on the left side of my jaw but not the right at all. Since it was 2007 and in another state I have no access to my former doctor's info to get specific details. Revision rhino: Had a septoplasty in which the following was done: Turbinate reduction and nasal valve repair 2018, shaved dorsal hump 2007 How do I discuss revision/wants/best outcome?

Hello! Thank you for your question. I have evaluated your case regarding the information you provided and your photos. If the implant they used has 2 mobile wings then it may have slipped. You need a revision surgery to get it fixed again or maybe to install a new implant.
