i cannot really tell from that picture, but a good idea to be seen by your surgeon this week. if you have fever, shakes, chills or other signs of illness go with a little more speed
Incisions look ok. The little bit of drainage (pus, as you call it), looks NOYT like pus, but normal healing. I would expect that you have a visit with your surgeon soon, so you could ask him/her. I would wash the incisions gently with some mild soap and waster, dry and place some topical antibiotic on it, but I would ASK your surgeon first.
While it doesn't look infected based on your picture, pus is never normal. You should have it checked out by your surgeon to make sure no issues.
