I would stay away from dermal rollers and would never recommend microneedling or doing a chemical peel on yourself at home. I have seen many patients damage their skin by purchasing products online and causing damage to their skin. I would recommend being treated by a professional. Hope this helps.

Microneedling may help skin cancer prevention or recurrence especially when done with Levulan (blue light PDT therapy). If there is a lot of sun damage and many growths there's a chance it will hide skin cancers so there should be careful removal of precancerous tissue and an excellent skin exam...
