The solution for the lumps might be more lipo. However, the best solution for your belly would appear to be at tummy tuck. I say this because you have an obvious potbelly being caused by an obvious separation of your abdominal "six pack" muscles from top to bottom. This is caused most commonly by pregnancy and gives your belly a round appearance. It is not correctable with liposuction, but it can be combine with liposuction. You should have probably done this the first time around.
Thank you for your question. Unfortunately the best route to look into would be a combination of a tummy tuck and revision SmartLipo. The tummy tuck will rid you of the loose skin, giving you a flatter more smoother appearance, while the revision SmartLipo will contouring and detail the areas that became uneven from your initial procedure. Make sure you seek consultation with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to ensure your in the best professional hands. Best of luck!
Based on your pictures, you appear to be a candidate for a tummy tuck which can be performed at the same time as a hi definition procedure. For best results, I recommend a hi definition procedure like VASER liposuction. I use VASER HI DEF with ThermRF and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition. This combination will give you the most toned result. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a hi definition physique expert. Best, Dr. Emer
You need revision liposuction with a tummy tuck. Liposuction alone can reduce some of the remaining bulk, but will leave you with loose skin and possibly more irregularities. Make sure you see a experienced, board certified physician. Good luck!
I am sorry that you are having issues with your liposuction. You were not a good candidate for liposuction alone and should have had tummy tuck at the time of liposuction. The only way to remove folds is tummy tuck.
You will keep improving for 6 months after Smartlipo so i would not rush to do it again before 6 months. if you are treating a different area with Smartlipo, you can do it the next day.david berman md
Most of my patients in just a few days can return to their normal clothes. everyone is different though. no one can predict the rate your swelling will resolve. however, it will definitely go away and you just have to be patient. best of luckdavid berman md
The "arm" is a single area--the upper arm. Fat on or around the chest (near the armpit), not on the arm, is a separate area. Just discuss your goals with your surgeon, and she should be able to guide you.
