Is blanching of the area of botox injection normal after 10 days and after a run? (photo)

It's hard to tell without evaluating you in person. It does appear that you have some minimal bruising around the eyes related to the Botox injection. I would followup with your injector with any concerns. 

Without an exam it is difficult to tell however it appears that you may have been slightly bruised during the injection (which unfortunately happens especially in the Crow's feet area) and so when you are running blood flow in that area is slightly altered compared to other areas.  It is also possible that the botox itself may cause some decreased blood flow in the muscles compared to surrounding areas.  Regardless as long as it resolves after the workout in an hour or two nothing to be worried about.  Otherwise seek consultation with your injector.  Good luck!

Thank you for your question. Your picture suggests a resolving bruise from your Botox injection around the eye. This can occur because of the many small blood vessels in the region. The bruising usually goes away in 1-2 weeks and can be seen as a violaceous, green or yellow hue as the blood product goes through the different phases of being broken down and reabsorbed by the body. Botox should not cause blanching, or decreased bloodflow, 10 days after injection.
