Are these signs of infection after bilateral breast reduction?

On April 29 (3 weeks post op), I woke up feeling nauseous and immediately had to make a bowel movement (twice). My breasts felt fine but, I noticed a smell that was not there. Throughout the day I was freezing but apparently the house was warm, and still nauseous with stomach pain. I waited to see if I would be fine, but the next day there is still an odor and later on I began to feel nauseous again with a headache. I also started my menstrual cycle so I don’t know if it is because of that.
