You can imagine clients will be touching my boobs a lot. I personally know a stripper woman that performed at the bachelor's party 4 days after the operation and she had some of the most beautiful boobs. But I also have been warned by some fellow workers that I better save for 2 month regeneration period and to stay off the treadmill and I'm a fitness junkie!! I can't imagine just doing nothing for so long. So what's the reality?
Answer: I'm an escort, when will I be able to get back to work after augmentation? Timing to return to specific types of work/activity will vary from one patient to another. Best to check with your plastic surgeon for specific advice. Remember, that he/she knows exactly what procedure was performed, how you are progressing, and is also responsible for your care.Generally, I suggest patients gradually ease back into the type of work you do 4 to 6 weeks postoperatively, assuming that they are doing well and there have been no complications. In regards to returning to exercise: lower body exercise can generally be resumed 2 weeks postoperatively. Use common sense, listen to your body, and gradually resume previous activity. In my practice, I ask patients to avoid contact and strenuous exercise involving the pectoralis major muscles ( such as push-ups, bench press, burpees, dancing on a pole…) for at least 3-6 months. Best wishes.

Answer: Recovery from breast augmentation I tell my patients that they can return to a completely normal routine at the end of 3 weeks. Assuming the post op course is unremarkable. This is certainly a question to ask your surgeon.Good Luck!

Answer: Breast Augmentation: Recovery Dear Ms. Malwa,Thank you for your questions.I personally think recovery is more rapid with intraoperative injection of local anesthesia and postoperative use of a non narcotic pain pump.Every Plastic Surgeon has their own recommendations. Here are mine:1) fist 2-3 days take it easy at home and "ice" the breasts2) begin displacement exercises as pain permits. Breasts immediately look good in bra or bathing suit but need to "seat" to look good in the nude.3) Return to work when you feel you can. Earlier for non required upper body users and longer if your arms are needed. Good judgment prevails.4)first 6 weeks exercise as pain limits5)after 6 weeks exercise without limitations6) 2-3 months for breast implants to "seat"I suggest you make several different consultative appointments with experienced Plastic Surgeons who are Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and who are ideally members of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (denoting by membership as having met additional criteria and a focus on Cosmetic Plastic Surgery). My best wishes, R. Answer: Working Hello, in general most people are back to work after a week for a strait forward augmentation. Depending on the size and placement of the implant...they can look high for several weeks....I start massage at 1 week. I tell my patients other than massage, no rough handing of the breast. At 3 weeks, they slowly return to any activity they wish except pushups. Good Luck.

Answer: When will I be able to get back to work after augmentation? Thank you for your question. Each patient's return to work will differ based on their speed of recovery as well as the responsibilities of their jobs. I ask patient's to not pursue any activity that will increase their heart rate or blood pressure for at least two weeks as this can increase their risk of bleeding. After two weeks patient's can begin their physical activity level with light walking and gradually increasing intensity on a weekly basis thereafter. Speak to your surgeon about your concerns, they will offer you the best recomendations.
